Welcome to the RAK and ISH Publication Private Limited web platform. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our scholarly publication services, including our multi-tenant hosting platform, submission systems, and digital archives (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing content on the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts and Security

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities occurring under your account are your sole responsibility.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and submission process.

• Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify RAK and ISH Publication of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Platform Content: All software, design, text, and graphics on the Platform (excluding User-Submitted Content) are the property of RAK and ISH Publication Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• User-Submitted Content: Authors retaining copyright to their scholarly works grant RAK and ISH Publication a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, and archive the work on the Platform.

• Open Access: Many publications on our platform may be governed by specific Creative Commons licenses. Users must adhere to the specific license terms displayed on individual articles.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.

• Submit content that is plagiarized, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security, reverse-engineer the multi-tenant architecture, or harvest user data.

• Upload viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.

5. Publication Ethics and Peer Review

Users participating in the editorial or peer-review process must adhere to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. RAK and ISH Publication reserves the right to retract or remove any content found to be in violation of academic integrity standards.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. RAK and ISH Publication Private Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the Platform or the absolute accuracy of the scholarly content hosted herein.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAK and ISH Publication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RAK and ISH Publication Private Limited is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
